Services

Biz Loan Link provides several levels of service to help with your business funding needs:

For those that are looking for some help but don’t want to hand over the whole process, then the Hourly Consulting option is for you. Instead of a package fee, we charge by the hour to do specific tasks related to your search. Perhaps you just want someone to look over your package, do a little editing, and tell you what is missing- then this option is perfect. Companies have also used the hourly option for various other options including the following: help with bank legal suits; due diligence on acquisitions, consulting on the financials to help with a future sale, and putting reporting packages together to help with quarterly reporting to the banks.

We provide Coaching to young companies who might not know what they need, how to structure the debt, or when they might qualify for various options. We can work with you on an hourly basis to develop a plan to get to the point of requesting funding successfully. If you decide to use us for the loan request later on, we’ll give you a discount off the normal quote as well! If an option, we can wrap this into a search for a non-bank lender that will lend to younger companies, especially fast growing ones.

For those that want to have us take over all or part of the process, The Loan Request Package will probably be a better fit for you. Rather than guess what the final cost might be working on an hourly basis, we will work out one flat fee spread out over three payments based on how much of the project you wish us to handle. We can complete the package for you, find the banking relationship and be your point person during all the phone calls, emails, and meetings. We’ll help you negotiate the best deal and walk through your loan documents. This leaves you free to work on your business with a lot less distractions during the day.

Types of lending requests and other banking issues we work on:

  • Lines of Credit
  • Asset Based lending
  • Equipment Loans and Leases
  • Commercial real estate (usually owner occupied)
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Term Debt
  • Debt options from other lenders, factors, hard money lenders
  • Treasury management proposals (usually happens when moving the entire relationship to a new bank)
  • SBA, USDA, other types of government funding or guarantees

Public Speaking: We love talking about the industry to professional organizations in the Puget Sound area! If you’re looking for a speaker for your group and want to hear about what’s happening in banking and lending we’d be happy to oblige for no charge. We’ll talk with you about what your group wants to know and put together something that meets their needs.

Testimonials

Michelle was our banker through our first multi-family purchase. With us being a small business, only doing residential homes, Michelle helped us put together a resume for our loan to be processed in a manner that was efficient and thorough.
